Plans and Pricing
The price for construction ready documents is $0.85 per square foot for
everything under roof. (Heated and cooled spaces, outdoor rooms, garages, etc.)
(Terms 50% down, balance upon completion.)
All plans include:
1) Floor plans
for each floor
2) Plumbing plans for each floor
3) Electric
plans for each floor
4) Roofing plan
5) Exterior elevations
including 3D orthogonal views
6) Interior elevations/details as
needed
7) Window and door schedules
8) Your house on your
site plan, when you provide the site plan
9) Foundation plans (for
informational purposes)
(Foundations plans need to be drawn by a soil
engineer after testing the soil on your lot)
10) One Paper copy of
custom floor plans and one disk or email with printable drawings.

Additional hard (paper) copies of custom floor plans available for additional
